You are allowed to sell your seat if you are not able to attend for any reason, for the price you paid or less. If you choose to resell your seat, please understand the studio can not aid in any way on the resell. All transactions must be made independently. The new attendee will need to purchase a workshop seat through this site and then we will refund your payment(s).
You have 48 hours after registration to back out with no questions asked, if needed.
Attendees should be prepared to be flexible during the trip as restrictions and policies may change during travel. We will follow all state, local, and territorial travel restrictions. Please check airline requirements for any health information, testing or other documentation required.
If you are not fully vaccinated prior to travel we request the following:
-Get a PCR test 3 days before your trip and provide documentation
-Wear a mask over your nose and mouth.
-Avoid crowds and stay at least 6 feet/2 meters (about 2 arm lengths) from anyone who is not traveling with you.
After travel, we recommend that all attendees get a PCR test. If you do not get a test, it is recommended that you self-quarantine for 7-10 days.
Travel Changes due to COVID
If the workshop has been impacted further by COVID, we offer the following options:
1) We will offer an alternate date and transfer all monies paid to the new date
2) We will offer an alternative workshop location and transfer all monies to this new date and location.
3) The workshop seat is transferable (but non-refundable). You can sell your seat to another attendee (see option 1 or 2).
